About us
We are established since 2010 and starting out in SEGAMAT which known to be town district in Johor state in Malaysia.
We provide temporary stay for our guests.
All our houses are unique and has different designs and structures. We have started with re-building old homes and also re-decorating new homes.
There are variety of options you can choose according to your preference. We are able to accommodate large groups as well as most of our home are located right next to each other.

1. What is your check-in/check-out time?
Check-in : 3pm
Check-out: 12pm
2. Do you allow early check-in or late check-out?
Early check-in is subjected to availability and the earliest is 11am. Late check-out is subjected to availability and charged hourly per house.
Please discuss with the person in charge as earliest as possible for better arrangement.
3. Can I store my luggage at the house?
We allow early luggage drop-off if its required at no cost. Please notify the person in charge with the preferred timing.
4. If I have large group to accommodate, which house would you recommend?
There are 3 different locations, and you can select the house stated as below. Refer to our website for more details.
Location 1 - House A, B, C and G
Location 2 - Panda Homestay
Location 3 - House D and F
5. Are you pet friendly?
Yes - Please always keep your pet on leash and under supervision. You must inform the person in charge if you are staying with pet(s).

6. Do you serve breakfast?
No - But we do provide complimentary coffee & tea with biscuits for all guests.
7. Do you have non-smoking rooms?
We do not allow smoking in the room.
8. Do you have rooms with a bathtub?
Yes, please refer to House G, there are 3 rooms come with a bathtub.
9. Can I request additional mattress?
Yes – We charge RM30 per mattress and comes with a pillow and blanket.
10. What facilities are available for children?
There is a swing at the courtyard and only for house G's guests.
11. Is babysitting service available?
No.
12. Is it safe to drink tap water in Malaysia?
No – Please drink water at the water dispenser placed in the kitchen. Both hot and room temperature water is available.
13. Can I cook in the house?
Yes – Only light cooking is allowed with the induction cooker provided.
14. Are there computer or printing facilities in the house?
We do not provide computers for our guests’ usage. However, for basic printing request, the team will be delighted to assist. Charges may apply.

Check-in/Check-out procedures
CHECK-IN
- Check-in time is 3pm, however for early check-in request customer needs to give notice earlier to host whether it is possible or not (depending on availability of homestay) with charge.
- After you have located the homestay location, head inside to the counter and look for the housekeeper named Kak Aty (if nobody is around kindly call +6012-2391500), if you plan to check in late at night, please make sure to give early notice.
- Make sure that all the keys are complete and in good condition, you will need to put a returnable deposit of RM100 to the counter. No credit cards accepted for payment (cash or bank transfer only)
CHECK-OUT
- Checkout time is 12 PM sharp, any late checkout will be subjected to extra charge.
- Make sure you don't accidentally left personal belongings or took Homestay's items.
- Inform the host if there were any damages or issues during your stay.
- Return the key to the same location you collect the key from, make sure that all the keys are complete and in the condition as they were collected.
- You may be returned the RM100 deposit if there were no any problems during your stay.
- Late check-out will be charged at hourly rate : House RM100, Room RM50
